White Gallery announces its 2011 plans
The UK’s exclusive designer-only exhibition begins its selection process today. International bridal designers are invited to apply for the show’s second edition, which will be staged in May 2011
Launched in 2010 at the stunning Saatchi Gallery in London’s Chelsea, White Gallery saw the coming together of the finest names in British bridal design and leading collections from top international houses. Attracting visitors and media from across the globe to what has been acknowledged as one of the key events on the bridal buying calendar for top-end retailers, White Gallery now moves towards its second edition.
It has been confirmed today that the 2011 exhibition will take place 22-24 May, and be staged at Battersea Evolution, a thoroughly-contemporary purpose-built environment that offers striking space solutions for design-led exhibitions.
Event Director Alejandra Campos, who masterminded the development of the White Gallery concept said: “Battersea offers an additional dimension to the White Gallery proposition, where great talents can showcase their work to a prestigious audience who expect the ultimate buying experience. There is every possibility that Battersea Evolution will become the permanent home of White Gallery, providing the freedom to create additional space for our vibrant catwalk shows, and introduce names that are new to White Gallery.”
Application process for White Gallery 2011 – the second edition of this important show – are being accepted now and companies able to meet the exacting standards conditional to the White Gallery exhibiting criteria are invited to put themselves forward in the selection process. All applicants are carefully vetted to ensure that the standard of exhibitors is of the highest possible level.
