The Bridal Industry Suppliers

Bridal Industry Suppliers (BIS) is a trade association of companies that supply gowns and goods to bridal shops. BIS represents everyone involved in manufacturing, wholesaling, importing and exporting bridal goods and services in the UK. Any supplier to UK shops can join as long as they have a link to a UK postal address.

The British Bridalwear Association

The British Bridalwear Association brings together the UK’s leading bridalwear designers, manufacturers and associated companies - providing standards of practice and measurement of member company performance - across product, administration, marketing and financial operations. In addition, the BBA provides specialist knowledge and expertise for its member companies, in all aspects of bridalwear manufacturing.

The Association of Wedding Professionals

AFWPI is an international organisation dedicated to providing quality service and a central source of information and referrals - for those planning weddings and those who service weddings. They have a fully staffed association office dedicated to the support of our members and the brides. They have been providing services for the wedding industry since 1995.

The Bridal Retailers Forum (BRF)

The Bridal Retailers Forum (BRF) is a free to join members only forum for UK & Ireland bridal retailers with bricks & mortar bridal retail premises. In order to join you must be a dedicated UK or Ireland bridal retailer who is a registered stockist of at least 2 bridal gown suppliers/designers. Memberships from retailers who sell gowns online, Ebay sellers and home sellers are not permitted. If you would like to join, please visit our website and submit your details. Once you are verified, we’ll email you to let you know your membership has been approved and you can begin posting.

Anyone who fulfils the above criteria may join the BRF whether you are a brand new business or a 25 year+ experienced retailer.
